I'm a consultant, writer and advocate for AI adoption, tech literacy, and data privacy. Most of my career has been spent in leadership positions with shopping search platforms where I've had hands-on experience with foundational AI technologies such as, machine learning algorithms that process user behavior, natural language processing for search queries, collaborative filtering for personalization, and predictive models that analyze large datasets to identify patterns humans can't detect.
